Fried Mango and Banana over Oat Bran


It is as good as it sounds… Better even.

You get all of the goodness from the mango (vitamin A and vitamin C with a good dose of fibre) along with all the goodness from bananas (potassium and vitamin B6) and oats (lowers cholesterol, antioxidant properties, great for your insides), in a bowl of heaven! This is one of the quickest and easiest meals to make and it truly is divine!

Time: 5 minutesmango
Serves: 2

2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill Oat Bran (prepared to the instructions on the packet)
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon of canola oil (or any other oil so long as it is reasonable tasteless)

Put the oat bran into bowls while you heat the oil a little in a pan and add the mango and banana. Cook until slightly brown and serve on top of the oat bran.

Voila!
