New Year, New Policies

How is 2017 starting off for you? It’s been a beautiful transition into the year! It feels like we’re picking up speed, I’m incredibly excited for what’s in store in 2017!

It’s so wonderful to share that I have moved! I have joined the beautiful team of healers at the Inner Arts Collective and will be working out of the IAC from now on. Click here for more info and directions.

With all the new coming in, I am implementing a few new policies for Clare Kenty – Integrative Health. Please read below.

New Policies as of February 1st, 2017

24hr cancelation:
As of February 1st 2017, there is a strict 24 hour cancelation policy in effect. If less than 24 hours notice is given, an invoice of the full amount of the session will be issued.

  • For coaching: Payment is due within 3 business days of the first session of the month. **If at any time you need another option, let me know. Life happens, I totally get it. We can always work something out.**
  • For energy work sessions: Payment is due before the session.

Payments are accepted via email transfer (preferred), cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard (credit card transactions via Paypal).

For my clients that see me in person for coaching and/or energy work, here are a few house rules from the IAC:

Some notes about the IAC:

Security: The doors of the IAC are locked at all times. When you arrive, knock on the door and I will greet you in the lobby before our session starts.

No shoes: The IAC is a no shoe building. Shoes are to be removed in the lobby. There are slippers for you to use if you wish to do so.

Noise: The IAC is a shared healing space. Please be mindful that other sessions may be going on in the building and keep all noise and speaking in the hallways to a minimum. Around the IAC please used hushed voices unless in the common room on the main floor.

Valuables: In an effort to make the IAC less appealing to theft, it is recommended that you do not keep any valuables in your jacket (which you can hang in the lobby). You may bring your purse/ bag into the treatment room or there are lockers available for clients to use in the second floor washrooms. If you have a bigger bag it is recommended that you use the lockers.

Garbage: The IAC asks that you take all of your food and beverage waste with you when you leave. There are garbage bins on the Danforth that you can use.

Thank you for being with me on this journey. I truly value and appreciate the work we do together.

Here’s to 2017 being the biggest and best year yet!
