Reiki Restore

Take restorative yoga; a style of yoga focused on restoring the central nervous system, the internal systems of the body and promoting nurturing and conscious relaxation.

Then take Reiki; a light touch energy healing modality that promotes balance, calm and peace. Reiki quietens the mind and helps to clear energetic blockages, encouraging further healing in the body.

Together, the combination of restorative yoga and Reiki offer a blissful class. One that brings you back to yourself, back to calm and balance and ready to take on the world again. Reiki Restore is a beautiful, grounding, emotionally and physically nourishing class that does wonders for both your body and your equilibrium.

Reiki Restore is co-facilitated by mindfulness coach and yoga teacher Samantha Warren and myself. Samantha guides participants through a slow and body loving yoga class while I apply Reiki to individuals as they are in their poses.

Classes take place at the Yoga Village, Toronto’s Pay-What-You-Choose yoga studio.




WHEN: Saturdays (with the exception of holiday weekends)
TIME: 2.30pm-3.45pm (arrive a few minutes early to set up)
COST: PWYC (suggested $12-$22)

REIKI RESTORE – Let’s Get Hygge!

January 28th, 2017 / 3pm – 5:30pm

Join Clare Kenty and Samantha Warren for a cosy afternoon of Reiki coupled with restorative yoga and aromatherapy as they explore the Danish concept of hygge. Hygge (pronounced hoo-ga) is “a feeling of cozy contentment and well-being through enjoying the simple things in life.”
