It’s so exciting to be able to offer this series! Womb Wellness 101 is a series built to educate and empower women. Together we cover topics that help us to heal, connect to our wombspace and our bodies.
From what foods promote womb wellness to how to decrease your PMS symptoms, Womb Wellness 101 will encourage you to take a proactive role in your health.
Womb wellness is something that we often think about only in regards to our fertility and babies. Womb wellness is so much more than that. The womb is the centre of our power, our creation, it’s the space that we create from. The womb is our feminine core.
Each Womb Wellness 101 workshop will focus on a theme and we’re starting off with PMS. We’ve all experienced some sort of premenstrual symptom at some time in our lives and the symptoms can be caused by many different things. This workshop will focus on easy ways that we can minimize and even eradicate PMS and bring balance into our womb spaces.
Together we will explore the different ways we can help our bodies to heal including, healing herbs, diet and movement.
