Morning mid-work smoothie. I think this will be the week of the #smoothie. Yesterday it was my old faithful of #avocado, spinach and #banana. Today we have banana, #blueberry, spinach, a little avocado, maca, camu camu, #spirulina, almond milk and water. All round goodness I’d say! Avocado is mother nature’s cream! I’ve been making a point to include greens in everything I eat over the past week and who doesn’t love blueberries?! This combo could use a little sweetener for some but I can do without.
For one large smoothie (or two small) you’ll need;
One ripe banana
One cup of wild blueberries (I have them frozen)
Small handful of spinach
1/4 of a large ripe avocado
1/4 teaspoon of maca, camu camu and spirulina.
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of filtered water. (Edit liquids for your desired consistency)
