I was craving a green juice today. I’d been out shopping, running around and spending some time writing. This is what it looked like before I put it through the juicer. I used dandelion leaves, broccoli (plus the stem too), a kiwi, a lime, ginger, 2 garlic cloves and pineapple with a splash of organic raw apple cider. It tasted really good! Not too sour and it definitely boosted my energy and I wasn’t hungry after I had it either. Plus there is so much that each ingredient does for the body too. How much better does it get than this?
